tamarack Resort  Donnelly, Idaho

A ground up all season 5 star mountain ski resort located 95 miles north of Boise in Idaho’s Payette River Mountains. The resort began construction on ‘The Village’ featuring six 4 story buildings, a 40 unit lodge, 129 condos, restaurants, and boutique shopping. The Whitewater residential development is comprised of multiple independent developments showcasing cottages, chalets, townhouses, and estate homes.

• Issued RFQ, RFI, & RFP to resort contracted architectural and furniture procurement firms

• Responsible for the requisition and installation of over 6 million dollars in FF&E packages

• Ensured resort design standards and construction methods were maintained

• Coordinated project communications between multiple resort departments during construction
